IMPORTANT: NexaLive SOS is NOT a substitute for official emergency services (police, fire, ambulance).
The SOS and emergency features in NexaLive are designed as supplementary workplace safety tools. You acknowledge that:
NexaLive SOS requires an active internet connection, cellular coverage, or Bluetooth Mesh connectivity to function. In areas with no connectivity, SOS alerts may not be transmitted.
GPS accuracy depends on device hardware, environment, and satellite availability. Indoor locations, tunnels, and dense urban areas may reduce accuracy.
Fall detection and man-down alerts are based on accelerometer data and may produce false positives or miss actual incidents depending on device positioning.
Response times depend on your organization's dispatcher availability and response protocols, not on NexaLive technology.
Always call your local emergency number (911, 112, 999, etc.) in life-threatening situations. Do not rely solely on NexaLive SOS.
TexaCore Solutions Ltd. shall not be held liable for any injury, death, or damage resulting from reliance on the SOS features as a sole emergency communication method.

NexaMesh Bluetooth networking is an experimental communication technology designed for offline environments. You acknowledge that:
Bluetooth Mesh range varies significantly based on environment, obstacles, device hardware, and interference. Advertised ranges are theoretical maximums under ideal conditions.
Mesh network performance degrades with the number of hops between devices and environmental interference.
Bluetooth Mesh is not suitable as the sole communication method in safety-critical or life-threatening situations.
Regulatory compliance for Bluetooth usage varies by jurisdiction. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with local radio frequency regulations.
Lone Worker Protection Disclaimer
Lone Worker Protection features are designed to supplement — not replace — your organization's safety procedures:
Check-in timers, movement detection, and automated alerts require the device to be powered on, charged, and carried by the worker.
These features do not guarantee worker safety and should be used alongside proper safety training, equipment, and emergency procedures.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TexaCore Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of NexaLive services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
