  • Location Data: GPS coordinates when using SOS, lone worker, or fleet tracking features (only when explicitly enabled by the user or administrator).
  • Communication Metadata: Call logs, message timestamps, and channel activity. Message content is end-to-end encrypted and not accessible to us.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain NexaLive services including Cloud PBX, PTT, messaging, and emergency features.
  • Improve and personalize your experience, develop new features, and optimize performance.
  • Send service notifications, security alerts, and administrative messages.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with: service providers who assist us in operating our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements), law enforcement when required by applicable law, and your organization's administrators as part of enterprise account management.

End-to-End Encryption & Zero-Knowledge Architecture

NexaLive employs industry-leading security measures to protect your communications:

  • All messages, voice calls, and file transfers are protected with end-to-end encryption (E2EE). Only the sender and recipient can decrypt the content.
  • We use a zero-knowledge architecture — NexaLive servers cannot read your encrypted messages or listen to your calls.
  • Voice calls use SRTP encryption with TLS signaling to prevent interception and eavesdropping.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account termination. Encrypted communication content is not stored on our servers beyond delivery. Usage analytics are anonymized after 12 months.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data held by us.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
