By accessing or using NexaLive services ("Services"), including all software applications, APIs, websites, and related services provided by TexaCore Solutions Ltd. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

2. Description of Services

NexaLive provides enterprise communication services including but not limited to:

• Cloud PBX and VoIP telephony services
• Push-to-Talk (PTT) and Video PTT real-time communications
• End-to-end encrypted messaging and file sharing
• SOS emergency system, GPS tracking, and lone worker protection

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with TexaCore Solutions Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these terms.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture to protect your communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
